Alternatively, whole food Popsicles! I can’t tell you how many of these we gobbled up over the summer. Shoulda shared ’em sooner, although it’s still plenty hot here in Texas. I like to pair banana, pineapple, and strawberries on half the skewers and use banana and grapes on the remaining skewers for different “flavors”.

Frozen Fruit Kabobs
Ingredients
- 24 1″ banana slices
- 12 1″ pineapple cubes
- 12 whole strawberries hulled
- 12 whole green grapes
- 12 whole red grapes
- 1/8 cup coconut oil melted
- 1/8 cup chocolate chips melted
Instructions
- Arrange the fruit on skewers. Lay on a baking sheet.
- Combine the coconut oil and chocolate, then drizzle over the kabobs.
- Freeze at least 20 minutes before serving.
