Mango Jam
Ingredients
- 2 teaspoons coconut oil
- 2 cups mango chopped
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon

- Cook the mango in the coconut oil over medium heat for about 5 minutes.
- Add the remaining ingredients and cook another 5 minutes before serving hot or canning.
