Vanilla Shake
Ingredients
- 1 whole plantain yellow or black
- 1 1/3 cup coconut milk full-fat
- 2/3 cup dates chopped
- 1-2 teaspoon vanilla powder
Equipment
Instructions
- Blend all ingredients until smooth.
- Chill in the refrigerator at least 30 minutes before serving.
