DELICIOUS! Serve these with your favorite ice cream, toast, fruit salad, or whatever else floats your boat. I like it straight off the spoon! If you aren’t following the autoimmune protocol, feel free to use cocoa instead of carob.

“Chocolate” Raspberry Preserves
Ingredients
- 6 cups raspberry fresh or frozen
- 1 cup honey
- 4 tablespoons carob powder
- 1 teaspoon coconut oil
Equipment
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a saucepan and bring to a rolling boil.
- Cook, stirring, for 1 minute, then refrigerate or can before serving.
