This was so good that the boy didn’t get any. I was making it as he left for work, and it was gone by the time he got home. So sorry, honey. But not sorry enough that I wouldn’t do it again.

Vanilla Applesauce
Ingredients
- 4 whole apple peeled and chopped
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a saucepan and cook over medium heat until the apples are tender, about 15-20 minutes.
- Transfer to a blender and process until smooth.
