Cantaloupe Mint Soup

Equipment
Ingredients
- 4 cups cantaloupe chopped
- 1 1/2 cups raspberries
- 1 cup orange juice
- 1/2 cup white grape juice
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 1 teaspoon ginger peeled and chopped
- 2 tablespoons mint chopped
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients except the mint in a blender and puree until smooth.
- Refrigerate for at least an hour before serving garnished with mint.
