Asian Pear Salad
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
- 8 cups mixed greens
- 2 medium Asian pears cored and sliced
- 1 cup pomegranate seeds

Instructions
- Combine the dressing ingredients in a small bowl, seasoning with salt and ginger to taste and stirring well
- Combine all of the salad ingredients in a large bowl and toss to mix well.
