Grilled Garlic and Herb Catfish
Ingredients
- 1 pound catfish filets
- 1/2 cup lemon juice omit for IC
- 2 1/2 teaspoons sea salt
- 4 teaspoons garlic powder divided
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon ground sage
- 2 tablespoons lemon zest omit for IC
Instructions
- Marinade the fish in the lemon juice, salt, and 1 teaspoon of garlic powder in the fridge for at least 3 hours.
- Preheat the grill to 400 degrees F or set the oven to broil
- Remove the fish from the marinade and sprinkle with the seasoning and lemon zest.
- Cook 12-15 minutes or until the fish flakes easily when scratched with a fork.
