Deconstructed Guacamole Salad

I already have a guacamole salad, but that one is literally guacamole on top of lettuce. This one takes the guacamole ingredients and puts them on top of lettuce. A tangy lime, no-tomato dressing brings the whole thing together with a wallop of flavor. Fair warning: This one is NOT for those ambivalent about onions or cilantro!

Deconstructed Guacamole Salad
Ingredients
- 6 cups mixed greens chopped
- 2 small avocado chopped
- 1/2 cup red onion chopped
- 1/2 cup cilantro chopped
- 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tablespoons lime juice omit for low-histamine
- 1 tablespoon no-tomato sauce
- 1 dash sea salt

Instructions
- Layer the greens, avocado, onion, and cilantro in salad bowls.
- Combine the remaining ingredients in a separate dish, then toss with the salad before serving.
