I love prosciutto. It’s like bacon you don’t have to cook. It’s a great condiment for salads, wrapping fruit in, eggs, and veggies of all kinds. This is one of my favorite ways to serve asparagus!

Prosciutto-Wrapped Asparagus
Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons coconut oil
- 1 bundle asparagus trimmed
- 6 ounces prosciutto cut in half

Instructions
- Wrap each spear of asparagus in a strip of prosciutto.
- Heat the oil in a skillet over medium heat, then stir-fry the asparagus for about 5 minutes.
